Hop, skip, ballet, salsa, lambada, moon walk, disco 82`, dirty dancing, showing cleavage, hardened teats, round buttocks, slender shapely legs, hot hungry look in the eyes, wearing torn outfit ? always wanting to do the needful appearance on the face? but acting pricey occasionally ? well?this is what the movie all about.
In Naach the director has tried to mingle yoga, waking up early and breathing exercises in it keeping the current trend of ?Spirit & soul management? several fraud gurus currently & amply available in India on mind.
Both, the hero (Abhishek Bacchan son of Amitabh Bachan) and heroine ( Antara Mali) want to make it big in life, Hero makes it very big in life first ? starts going around with another girl ? dumps her and again comes back to dancer Antara.
A head strong girl Antara refuses to take hero?s reference or recommendation for anything and struggles on her own to become a ?torn- dress? dancer ? she is approached by Directors ? but with an ulterior motive (in the get up resembling Subhash Ghai !!) ? she obviously refuses as she already had got the taste of a young, tall, hunk hero !
After she also succeeds in becoming a sought after ?dirty dancing? expert, they both decide to get married.
Conclusion : no wonder why movies are becoming so clichéd, boring, stinking-ly sick! These people do not get any whiff of fresh air or talent as they marry among each other ?within the four wall ? as no righteous , educated and cultured family will ever accept someone with such downright cheap, vulgar & obscene lifestyle !
The reason why shah rukh could make it so big ? as the common mass had seen his struggle from day one. In Fauji and Circus?although when I saw Fauji, I got more interested in the tall fella who used to say ?I say Chaps? often. Also Ashutosh Gwarikor came up with some new concept like Lagaan and swadesh?a welcome theme to otherwise bored educated indians.
