Insider View. Review on NIIT, Mumbai

I have worked for around 2 years as a Centre Head with one of the NIIT Business Partner in Malad West, Mumbai. I found that NIIT has Good Programmes, Great Process and a WIN-WIN solution for all. I have seen a lot of reviews where people are complaining against NIIT at same time I am still in touch with dozens of students who are very successful in the IT field and they give the credit to NIIT.

The question is why do we have such a mixed response? I think one can bring water to the horse but can not drink it for the horse.

As an academician, I have seen the NIIT courses the process and I found them great. The issue is of the expectation management and the efforts given by lot of people. As a human we tend to look for reasons for our failure and believe me we get thousands of them, mostly all of them are external or related to the environment around us. The big point here is to understand the fact that we do not have control over the environment around us, so we are not able to make any difference to the factors and we turn out to be a crib baby.

Complaining about any thing and every thing never changes the situation we need to act and work. We can act and work on the factors which are completely in our control, and then only we would be able to make any change in the situation. So students those who are unhappy or are not satisfied, I would like to request them to introspect a little and find out what is the main reason, this would lead you to the success.
