13.) I have become more ADAPTING -
WHen in a small classroom, there are 30 students, boy, you have to be adjusting, your luck if you get a gal by your side! it gets hot, it gets humid and yes.you might have to just cramp up.
14.) Learn to shift responsibilities when your back gets whacked - PUT THE BLAME ON SOMEONE ELSE:
In NIIT, whenever I ask them for my refund status, the center head says, my application is with, Mr.X and he is on leave, and then Mrs.Y, blah blah blah. incorporate terms we call it CYB, Cover Your Back.
Finally, the last one, for all you future entrepreneurs-

* I have seen it, I have seen the best of the faculty leave the organization, and yes of our batch of 18, just 2 are left, just because, their family still believe, its worth doing the course!
Tip for NIIT - I work as a consultant for Business Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, and Merger & Acquisition Consultancy, with one of the "big 4"( in the gulf) , I charge my clients$250 an hour, (my seniors charge upto$1600), but for you I would give it for free( After all you have taught me so much)
Even if you spend just 4% of your marketing revenue in a better customer relation management, you would do a lot better.I am not sure if you are aware of the equation, that every satisfied customer tells abt ur product to 4 other people and every dissatisfied customer tells it to 10 other people.
Just take a survey and you will see so many of the students being dissatisfied, and want to drop off, but due to some reasons can't.
Make learning fun.thats what you people charge a Ransome amount for.
And, yes help me get my money back. or else, I have to give you some free publicity in the media.

I am blessed my 16 people, whom I told not to join.they are really thankful, and other 2 who went against my free advise are cursing themselves, for not following my advice!
