I ordered a Micromax A110 (Black) handset on 14-Jan-12 with order number - MVP0016059. The handset was delivered with an invoice on which also the colour was mentioned as black. But the handset in the pack was white. I tried calling IndiaPlaza.com site's customer care (97011236 and 040-656565).
The landline number mentioned on their site does not work itself. So I called on the number mentioned on the invoice (the above 2 numbers). The mobile number always comes as switched off and nobody picks up on the landline number.
I wrote 3-4 e-mails to them as well, but there is no response for my emails also. So please do not buy anything from IndiaPlaza.com otherwise in case you face any issue then there is nothing that you can do and you'll either lose your money or will have to live with the problem forever.
