I placed my order on My virtual plaza website on 18th Jan 2013 Friday and paid Rs 9800/- for the mobile through my debit card as the price mentioned on their website. It is mentioned on their website that all products are delivered within 1-7 days after you place an order. It’s been 25 days now that the product has not reached me yet.
Despite several emails sent at various email id’s as per their website and calls that never went through since the customer care nos flashing on their websites are not working. Neither anybody is replying to emails, nor giving the product delivery status and are not even bothered to deliver the product or inform the customer.
I just need the amount Rs 9800/- that I paid for order no MVP0017948to be refunded to me ASAP. I have emailed my bank account details in the mail sent to info@myvirtualplaza.com. Poonam.
