I had ordered Micromax A110 White from myvirtualplaza.com on 19th Nov 2012 (order No. MVP007807), but inspite of several calls and discussions with customer care I have not got the same yet(on 12th Dec 2012) while the site claims product wil be dispatched in 1-7 days.
Since the time I have ordered the cell I have got different promises about delivery from customer care, every time I call they inform me that it will be dispatched today. Getting frustrated with this On 4th Dec 2012 I requested cancellation of order to customer care exec(Sajid) and also as informed by sajid did a follow up mail on 5th to confirm cancellation of order, but the order was not cancled and when I called the customer care on 6th dec they came up with different schemes to retain me and on 7th dec they informed me that order is already got dispatched and will reach me max by 10th Dec, but I have not received it till date and when I spoke to cust care exec today to my surprise I got a reply saying that the order is not dispatched and will be dispatched on 13th dec 2012.
I have given a request for cancelation long back(i.e 4th dec 2012) but the order is not canceled yet. This site is full of cheats, When it comes about refunding the money back, they even stop answering your call, worst customer service worst experience ever had,
