Do not waste time to invest in mutual funds via myuniverse.co.in. The site is super slow always, do not because its web designer did not optimize it or it has some other internal issue.
Rather for investing in mutual Funds, use fundsindia.com. They are much better and very user friendly. You can also use your own user id with each fund house you want. I have created in few reputed ones and they are much better. Example HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Tata. The advantage is if you do direct investment via their own, you are assured of better return as such websites like myuniverse.co.in charge a small percent and also the fund house has different NAV for non-direct Vs direct. So always go with direct of possible. The only advantage of doing it via such broker is its easier and user friendly if the services are good. With fundsindia, its a great website and gives consolidated view, its far better than myuniverse.co.in. So do not invest via myuniverse, rather do it directly or use fundsindia.com.
I have also shared my concern and issues with myuniverse team, but seems they are least borthered.
I have been using fundsindia for 3 Years, and myuniverse for more than 1 year.
