Mysore zoo is one of the most attractive place for tourists there. It is situated in zoo walk path road, indira nagar in Mysore.
About three years back I go there with my family.
I have two kids and I want to visit them a place where they could enjoy as we all know kids don't take much interest in natural beauty so I thought this garden is a perfect for hanging out with kids.
This beautiful place spread in about 155 acres land and it has about 168 species there including birds and animals.So always remember one thing whenever you go there put on some comfortable shoes as you have to walk a long way.
This garden is the one of the oldest and most popular zoo in India. The plastic bottles is not allowed inside the Premises of zoo and you also can't feed animals there. This zoo have around 34 elephants which is the maximum number of elephants as compared to any other zoo in India There are many beautiful animals inside the zoo e.g. zebra, giraffe, white rhinoceros , baboons, lion, tiger and many more. But I love the green anaconda the most. I have never seen even a small snake so closely in my entire life. I just don't like the lake in the eastern side of the zoo. It is full of garbage and so stinky.I think zoo authorities should do something about this.
But overall a beautiful place to hang out with your family.
