I recently booked iphone 6 64gb model from mysmartprice.com under the seller TheMobileStore.in(stated as most trustable seller) for the price Rs57870& received the confirmation call from the seller. To my surprise the very next day, at the time of delivery their representative(Themobilestore.in) called up to advice that my order is not going through billing because of the technical problem& the prices are revised, as per new taxes.
But the matter of fact remains, prices on the very next day were same on which I booked the product& moreover I should be getting the product at the same booked price.
Same concern was forwarded to team mysmartprice.com, and they acted surprisingly fast& efficiently, coordinated with the seller& solved my issue the very same day.
Overall satisfactory experience.
