I am a new user in MyRecharge . Two months ago my one student refer me in Myrecharge . But, after using it for 1 month, I noticed that there have two much problem . Understanding it & using it is something difficult for me . It is not good user friendly .
After registration when I try to change password, it show type new password neither more than 8 characters nor less than 8 characters . So, I need to create a new password other than my common password . This is difficult to remind .
On their online chat option I had requested to send me a ppt as a user guide, their representative said it would be sent to my mail within 30 min . After one day I checked my mail, there had no mail from them . Again I requested them, but sorry to say I faced same result . When I asked them a question in details about Myrecharge, they reply they are unable to understand my quiry . I can say that their Customer Service team is very unfriendly . Unable to help customer .
As per their rule, after registration I should got 600/- DTH recharge credit & 600/- Air Ticket booking money . Till now, I don't receive these .
There have no option to pay bill of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company .
There have another big problem, that is I can not load less that 2000/- in my wallet . But, in all other online recharge site I can load money as per my wish, there have no limitation . Evenly I can load 1/- . So, this is also a big problem . In all other site I can load money directly . But, there have some difficult process . After transferring money to their account, I need to message them Reference no of money transfer . Then within few hours they will credit it in my wallet . So, I can't load money instantly .
Other online recharge site like Paytm, Freecharge, UDIO is better than Myrecharge . As per my experience I suggest that, don't use Myrecharge .
