I had ordered a pair of shoes from the e-commerce site and paid by credit card on 14th Jan. They informed that the item will be delivered within 2 working days. Delivery status on the site shows that it will be delivered by 22nd Jan. However the shoes are NOT delivered YET. They have pathetic customer support too who are taught how to lie to customers. They say that the item is with Myntra Logistics and will be delivered within a day, but you can understand from their tone that they are lying.
Changing my review as I received the product: Finally I received the shoes after 16 days. I had lost hope with them and bought a pair of shoes from Big Bazaar with 60% discount last weekend which one I needed very badly. Now I ended up paying for 2 pair of shoes that was not my need.
Always buy product from e-shops on Cash on Delivery only.
