I had ordered many times from Myntra. I have been Platinum member. Had been good experience with hassle free returns of pick up from my address. Unfortunately its no longer same Myntra.
Now more than half of times size does not fit or very poor quality. I suspect Mantra have stopped accepting returns stating lame reasons of QC fail like tags missing or used product. This is very strange. I am exhaustive online shopper and never once I got this experience from any other site. For any online shopping hassle free return is most important. I don't know what I am going to do with expensive non fitting outfits which were not accepted in return. May be donates it to someone who can use them. Money completely wasted. I have lost trust on Mantra. I have uninstalled app from my phone.
Moreover Myntra has stopped pick up service form some pin codes. make you self ship your return products. they have even stopped paying shipping cost unless you scan and send Currier receipt. No one ever informed this process change and I had already thrown my receipt as it was not needed earlier.
If you buy stuff from this site keep in mind that you may not be able to return and get your money back.
