Surprised over Myntra's fraud fluctuation!
I purchased 5 products on 8th Jan 2016, order number 109003724. On two of the items Myntra forgot to give discounts on product code 560461(40%), product code 736804(50%). Which was showing on the app. I called up customer care spoke to the gentleman called Harasith.
He told me that Myntra has missed the discount, and the discounted money will be credited to my wallet. Which didn't happen so I called them back to check the status of complaint Ref Id: 160108-064444 and this time I spoke to somebody called Anita, I gave her the entire story of Ref Id: 160108-064444 and was shocked on her reply. By the way products are still showing the same discount on the app. But her answer was, Myntra's price fluctuates and it might have fluctuated while you were making the payment. Meaning when I was pressing placing order button the discount got fluctuated/removed and it came back when my order was placed. what a jock
