Frustrating Experience with coustomer service. Review on Myntra

I recently had a disappointing encounter with Myntra's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience. It was nothing short of frustrating and unhelpful.

I had an issue with an order that I placed, and I attempted to contact Myntra's customer service for assistance. The problems started right away. First, it was incredibly difficult to find their contact information on their website. It seemed as if they were intentionally hiding it.

When I finally managed to find a way to reach out, the response time was abysmal. I waited for hours before receiving any form of acknowledgment. And when I did receive a response, it was a generic, automated message that did not address my specific concern.

I tried to escalate the issue by requesting a call from a representative, but even that proved to be a nightmare. After several attempts, I finally managed to get through to someone, but their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in brushing off my problem than finding a solution.

To make matters worse, the representative couldn't provide me with a clear resolution or timeline for when my issue would be resolved. It left me feeling completely helpless and frustrated.

In an age where good customer service is crucial for retaining customers, Myntra's approach is sorely lacking. I expected better from a reputable e-commerce platform like Myntra. This experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I will certainly think twice before making another purchase from them.
