Awesome clothes and great service: I have been a loyal customer of Myntra since many years as it has all popular brands. Myntra has great offers and up to 70% off every weekend! The delivery time is accurate and reaches the destination at the time allotted. The returns are easy and quick. Whenever something doesn’t fit me, I initiate return which is then collected by the courier guy.
If I want the money to be credited in my Myntra account with which I can buy something else, it is done the same day the item is collected. However, if I chose the money to be credited in my bank account it takes the usual 7-10 days. The only problem I have with myntra now is that it only has an app version and the site doesn’t allow you to view or purchase the products online which is very inconvenient because online shopping is best done on a computer.
