This is highly disappointed and very bad experience with your delivery system.


I always purchase goods and recommend my friends and relatives to buy things from Myntra.com. But this time I regret that why I recommended my friends to visit Myntra for their shopping purpose.


I placed an order for two pair of shoes on 27th Aug, 2013 of order number 7663079. Before placing my order, it was flashing that it will take 1 to 3 days to ship the order to the correct pin code address. After placing the order with debit card information, I got an email with the information that I will receive my order before 1 Sept, 2013 (suddenly delivery promised date got changed after placing the order successfully which is a negative image of Myntra).


But no problem, that was also fine with me. On 28th I got a text on my number that I can expect my order by today evening. I was waiting whole day but didn't get my packet. In the evening I got a text again that 'it was an unsuccessful attempt, and we'll try to deliver the packet by tomorrow' i.e on 29th Aug, 2013.


Again, next day, on 29th Aug, 2013, I received a text that I can expect my order to be shipped by today evening. Again, I was waiting the whole day but again I got the same text that it was an unsuccessful attempt and we will try to deliver the order tomorrow' i.e on 30th Aug.


I tried to call the Myntra delivery boy to know the status of my order. But nobody picked up my call. I visited Myntra's website to track my order and I got shocked when I saw the status of my order. It was written that 'The Customer was not Available!'. Wow! Guys, I didn't get any call from you or your delivery boy. When did he come to my place? How can you update my order status like this if you have not contacted me?


I tried several times to call the delivery boy and he picked up in the evening. He said 'Sir, mere paas aour bahut se packets h jinko address par dena h, apka aaj nahi ho payega, main kal apko deliver kar dunga i.e on 30th Aug. I said okay.


But the next day the same story goes on. I again called the delivery boy. But he said 'Sir, aaj possible nahi hai because hamara koi ladka yaha available nahi hai'.


I called Myntra Customer Care. They said they have escalated my issue to their manager and TL and will take action accordingly.


Still, the promised date has passed but I have not receive my order yet.


This is really very bad experience with Myntra I have never expected this from you Guys.


I will never recommend any of my friend to visit Myntra.
