I have worked with Myntra, so I can give first hand account of things.
I can bet my life on this - they don't sell fake products. The case Mahima is talking in other answer is a concern but happens when the original box get crumbled over time in warehouse or over multiple shipping n returns. Item is never a duplicate or fake one.
There are few private labels which are good n few which are bad but price varies. They are trying to capture price sensitive customers as well as insensitive ones. Hrx comes in good category while roadster comes in bad one. I'm saying purely based on product quality n fit.
People there put genuine effort to understand customers and their requirements. You can ask for tips n for occasions, they will help you out.
Discounting is a bit erratic but serving company purpose to increase gmv.
App n website both are of highest quality n standards.
Before Myntra, it was really hard to buy original branded products. People used to go to store, where they see full prices on most of the items. Myntra has redefined the access of these items to mass population.
Ordering is easy and the returns process is seamless.
Delivery timeline is a bit erratic now thanks to Ekart Logistics.
They should have kept website as well as app. Probably happened on strong influence from Mr Sachin Bansal. He tried to do it with flipkart as well, but GMV pressure didn't allow him to do it.
I think Myntra is one of the best things happened to India, it created market, brought in competition and lowered the prices.
