Once I ordered pair of white hrx shoes.
The order was delivered within 4-5 businesses days.
The problem I faced was that the shoes I got were bit shabby and dirty and were looking used ones.
At that only time I put return request on the app and the next day pickup boy came. The pickup boy refused to take the shoes back because he thought shoes were used by me.
At that time I called customer care. The customer support staff was very supportive.
The next day another boy came and observed the product very keenly.
After he got satisfied he took the pair of shoes back and within 4 days money was refunded in my account.
So only problem which was faced by me was in returning the product which looked defective
