No return policy !. Review on Myntra

I do most of the time online shopping because its convenient, less time consuming and most importantly their RETURN / EXCHANGE policy. I have been ordering my stuff since years thru Jabong and I always had wonderful experienced with them. This time for a change I chose Myntra for my vacation shopping and  Myntra proved without loosing any chance that, I did a biggest mistake of my online shopping experience.

I had ordered FOREVER 21 jacket and other stuff, which had no discounts or sale at all. I got the delivery on 18/05/16. It was huge jacket so I didnt even try and I made return request on a very same day that is on 18/05/16 it self. The jacket was picked up by next day from my office.

While returning it 1) Jacket had all the tags intact. 2) It was packed in plastic polythene bag which had barcode in it. 3) original Myntra Bag. The pickup guy checked everything I mentioned.

After few days when I called up to ask about my refund I got the answer that its still in process. But instead of refunding my amount they sent me back my returned jacket via speed post, which was totally in crumpled condition. And when I asked them the reason they said their quality check department have rejected the item because its USED . Seriously guys?

It was such a false accuse. And I have really found this so stupid and funny at the same time . Why would I use a jacket in this MUMBAI's hot summer .

I kept calling them, sent several images with different angle, request mails but these guys didnt budge. According to them their quality check department has passed VERDICT and its final. For me its a shitty verdict and their quality check department needs to check their own quality first. They have customer care numbers just for a sake, they dont give damn about customers. We are just a fools.

My other return is also still in process so I know the verdict for both of them. Myntra has looted me with my 5000 Bucks.

I wont be ever shopping with Myntra again.

• just got mail from Myntra, they have reconfirm without checking the product again, that its DIRTY AND USED! I wish there could be some kind of system to take action against such looters.
