My recent experience with myntar had been bad. Ordered items were dispatched without checking. After receiving the defective merchandise a request for exchange was placed, myntra denied exchange but offered refund. That too after deducting some amount. These are the services offered by second or third in place online store. They don't even have toll free customer care numbers and have removed customer care / support email address.
Let see what is their response from communication made abs this as upto now it's not very efficient or consumer friendly.
