I had a horrible experience with https://myntra.com. Please spend some time to read my review before you put your hard earned money on these kind of bloggers.
These are the days of cash on delivery and online purchases. Anything you get online, at the convenience and comfort of your home. I buy everything online except fruits and vegetables. They are not available as on today.
I bought 3 items from this website. A pair of nike women running shoes for my wife with 40% discount, a Nike dry fit running tee and an inner wear from jockey. Selected CAD and completed my checkout. They have validated my mobile number immediately, told that the items would be dispatched in 24 hours and even gave a delivery deadline of 11/08. Truly professional experience. All these happened on 04th August 2012.
An SMS and email came on the very next day telling the dispatch details along with a humble reminder to keep the cash ready. It came around 5300 bucks.
The shipment reached my office on 09th August. I was doubtful by seeing the box itself, it was a big envelop in which I'm sure that there are no shoes. I asked the courier guy if I can open, check and then pay, he said not possible. I called up the customer care and she said they offer some kind of return policy. I can return this product if it's not the one I ordered. I took the risk of putting my money into trouble, I paid him INR. 5303 and received the courier. When opened, I found one trouser and two shirts from scullers which were of double of my sizes. I spoke to their customer care again, she said I can return the product. They will pay the cash to my cashback account, which can be transferred to my bank account. I said I need them to pick this item, she said she'll call me back after arranging pick up within 24 hours. I was patient enough to weight for 48 hours since I covered my wife's shoes from a local dealer at MPR. No call back came.
I called them again on 10th August, Spoke to Sindu. She said she doesn't have a system of registering a complaint for this issue when I asked for a complaint number. She also said the last communication regarding this order number was not seen anywhere. She finally said she will revert within 24 hours, on Sunday itself. She called on Sunday on time but to take an extension of another 24 hours!
I to Deepti and she has forwarded the call to Sindu, the girl I spoke earlier on 14th August. She kept me on hold, another supervisor came.Moh'd Asif, he asked me to send a photograph of the material I have received here. Returns@minthra.com, I have sent the mail with photographs and detailed complaint. an automated reply came for my mail telling that it would get attended within 24 to 48 hours.There was no response, I called them again on 17th August. He told they have received the mail late yesterday. I'm still clueless how a mail goes this delayed. He has confirmed that he'll be reverting by 4 PM today. He called back sharp at 4 PM and requested me another 24 – 48 hours.
I'm still waiting for your 24-48 hours to complete even after 4 days!!!
Again, I tell you, beware about these kind of websites who has everything on website and nothing in their office. The invoice sent by them doesn't carry a VAT/ TIN number according to the Karnataka commercial taxes rule. Now I'm on a process of registering a police complaint against this company for cheating.
