After shopping with jabong not being super satisfied with them, I started Shopping at Myntra.
I have ordered total 9 pairs of shoes and 2 shirts during EORS but I have not yet deliverd that one shirts item and now my status is telling that it has been cancelled., almost good experience but I have never cancelled any item out of them.
I called up customer care helpline and while discussing my issue with the customer care executive, the executive hanged up my call in between of the conversation. Poor customer support and poor customer handling.
The site does seem to have a lot of more-appealing items than Jabong, however promotions are a fraud. I mean, the "sales"? Yeah, those are nonsense because at the end of the day, you're not getting a whole lot less than the "regular" price. Just saying - don't expect a "deal" from myntra.
