2nd time in a row Myntra delayed my order. I purchased products worth 15k and 11k with cash on delivery. Thank god I chose this option. They just dont seem to deliver what they promise. Customer service is robotic with their replies. Never buy stuff from there. Really bad experience. They may lose a customer and I know they don't care. Both from the same company and same size. However, on was small. don't know whyImmediately I repacked the small one, keeping all the tags intact. Being a bit of a perfectionist, I even made sure that the creases were intact, and even preserved the inner cardboard liner. And I sent it by courier the next day for return.A few days later, I received a mail that my return claim was rejected. On enquiry they said that the product had been used! They said that there was a strong sweat smell and a button had been damaged! I have never been this humiliated in my entire life! It's actually an indirect way of accusing me of trying to cheat them, isn't it? !Overall, their product quality is just ok.their display pics are extremely misleading, but since quality is not that bad, I think customers prefer to adjust rather that going through the hassle of a return.But this is intolerable. Now I'm left with a tunic that doesn't fit me and money loss for the return courier chargesAnd it's checkmate for me. obviously I can't provide any proof that I haven't used the product.like some video recording of what happened in my dressing room, right? !??So my advice would be to avoid this site as far as possible, and dont be mislead by their pictures. CHEATERS! I had ordered Franco Leone shoes. The quality of the shoes was pathetic. Just after a month, the top leather started to come off already in such a short span of time. I am really surprised to see the kind of quality that these guys are selling.The issue was reported to them and Everytime there was a new person with whom I had to interact. In the end I was told that this is not a manufacturing defect but because of wear and tear. I had worn the shoe only 4-5 times and literally fail to understand how can wear and tear happen in just 4-5 times.They talk big things like we love our customers and truly value their time and money. I personally say that they are big LIARS.Never ever buy anything from them.
