I've ordered my item on 13th Jan 2012 and it has reached Chennai from Bangalore on 16th and still lying with the courier people till 23rd Jan when called customer care many times. They talk in polite manner and gives false promises that material will reach today if not you can talk to the courier people and also they mean to say that once it's delivered from their ware house and its not their responsibility and the tracking Id they provide doesn't show any status about the item in the courier ( Blue dart) website this is my 2nd purchase even my first purchase was delayed I've made a blunder by purchasing for the 2nd time I'll never ever repeat this blunder again. There are other online stores who are prompt ( flipkart) etc ..
Shame to them they have to many bad reviews here and never even tend to change their attitude towards customer service.
