It has been months since they have delivered the faulty product to me and till date there is no resolution from them. They make false commitments and then slyly change the words. Also their higher authorities are never interested in dealing the issues of the customers.
I had a great experience with ebay & jabong. Though in one of the transactions there was a problem with ebay but the issue was resolved within a week. So my recommendation is to kick Myntra completely.
