My first experience was really annoying, ordered for a pair of adidas shoes and after few days when I called for update I was informed that its been out of stock.Got a coupon in return (of Rs 1000) and after that had two smooth orders with Myntra (with minor hiccups).
In recent past I ordered for a UCB T Shirt and a pair of nice socks at my Kolkata residence (It was supposed to be my brother's gift)
Firstly my order got delayed , purpose (Gifting) was not solved and I had to leave Kolkata.After my complaint on 19th August (Order No: 1811855) I got a call on 21st, told her I am not cancelling the order and she said it will sent to my address on 25th.Its been 2 days and none in my family has received anything.Aramex people are clueless (as usual) as per their details Order is on hold and as per Myntra website I will be getting it on 3rd September.Aramex people said they don't know anything and to contact Myntra for clarification . Everyday whenever I am logging in Myntra a new date is coming up and in the night customer Care do not have adequate information (they requested to call during office time).Mailed Mr Bhuva and got a reply on 25 th Aug 2011 that my order has been cancelled (As Aramex mishandled it)and got a coupon of Rs 500.Again ordered for a UCB T shirt and a pair of nike socks (order No 1840388) and after two days when I checked the site it shows order for the pair of socks only .This means my order got cancelled and I was not informed about it.Though I got a coupon again this time it was of Rs 435 and few coupons of Rs 250 but my point is Myntra is doing the same mistake again and again.I cannot trust the site and definitely not for serious shopping.Coupons are fine but to avail those coupons you will have to shop for a amount and as a customer it is not about price or discount always but about the design .(In which good ones are either getting cancelled or lost)
Again a disappointing experience with Myntra , I would prefer Brick and mortar shop rather than spending so much time and energy.
