I started using Myntra in the year 2012, it is a Bangalore based fashion eCommerce company established by Mukesh Bansal. Initially Myntra offered only original products.
After Myntra came under FlipKart in the year 2014, the quality of the products are degrading. in the name of brand Myntra is looting the people of India by selling fake products online.
I have bought shoes, shirts, pants, wallet, belt etc. Few products like Howard shirts are really awesome on Myntra. But as I said you might get a fake product from Myntra. Delivery time is less than compared to other eCommerce companies but you can't trust and rely on them now.
best thing about Myntra is their smart fashion eCommerce app where you can easily find the best product using easy filters.
Overall I recommend Myntra for all your fashion needs but stay conscious and if the product is not satisfactory you can easily return them.
Before Flipakt took over Myntra, even the Myntra customer care was one of the best customer care and I dreamt of joining their team because their executives were very helping with perfect communication skills
But now it's sad to see the degradation of Myntra whom I trusted most in Indian fashion industry
