I have been a regular with many of India's Online Shopping sites. While searching for Men's apparel, I came upon MYNTRA.COM. They have good variety of reputed branded apparels, most of the major leading brands are available there.
My first shopping with them was on 16 June. As soon as I got registered at their site, they provided me with two Reward Coupons for Rs 500/- each which I could use within 3 days for purchase from their site. That was quite unexpected rewarding gesture from a shopping site. I searched and selected two apparels , both leading brands- Allen Solley and Scullers, men's trousers. I am a strict quality conscious consumer both in terms of the product as well as services. The Reward coupons were promptly adjusted against the final price on my first purchase itself.
Since I did not have any previous experience with shopping with this site, I was a little apprehensive about the timely service and quality of the product. But I soon realized that MYNTRA is quite different and they keep to their words. The items arrived real fast through Blue Dart, one of India's best courier service company. I got both the ordered items here in Calicut, on 21st. June, well before the promised delivery date of 23rd June. I can say without any doubt that they provided quite excellent service. Both the items are original brands and without any defects.
Myntra also has enclosed convenient RETURN BAGS along with a RETURN FORM, which can be used if the customer wants to return the product for any valid reasons such as it differs from what is advertised at the site, or it has quality problems or if it does not fit etc. I had no complaints on any of these aspects and hence no question of returning the items arose.
Only slight delay that I experienced was in tracking the item. This I realized later, was due to the fact that they provide the shipping information to the customer as soon as the order is sent to the final supplier without waiting for actual handing over of the package to the courier. In my case they informed me the shipping on 16th June and when I tracked it on 18th at Bluedart site, the consignment details were still not available there. So I wrote back to Myntra and they promptly replied that it will appear within a day at the tracking site. I found that actual shipping was done on 18th and it reached me within 2 days, on 21st June, two days ahead of the promised delivery date of 23rd June.
So on customer feedback follow up also Myntra showed that they attend to customer queries very promptly and efficiently.
I have only good words for their service and I definitely want to come back to the site for my future purchases and hope they keep up this excellent level of service in future also.
They can also think of offering goods below the MRP , that will certainly boost up their sales.
