I recently purchased one jacked from Myntra the experience was good. I made this purchase the the winter was approaching, and Myntra as always came with beautiful jacket design. The order said to be delivered within 5-6 days of time but actually it arrived on the 4th day. When I tried the jacket, I found it a little short and I needed a replacement with one higher size. I made a call to the customer care department of Myntra and they welcome my request. My order was picked up on the next day and I got a confirmation call from Myntra Customer Care. After next 2 days, I got an another call from them, confirming me the shipment of the same jacket with one size up. Good service. When I asked for the replacement, they did not ask a single question, which I think is really cool and Myntra is really customer oriented.
Thumps up for Myntra and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for fashion cloths and shoes.
