As per my experience myntra is one of the best online company to buy clothes. if I talk about customer services then myntra believes that customer is the king pin. it is very simpe to buy clothes through and at very reasonable price, they give huge discount and also great discount coupons to attract customer. they clearly mention about estimated taxes because myntra strongly believe in empowering customer with right information so they display VAT/CST seperately. now a days every company claims for easy return policy but trust me guys myntra return or exchange policy is far far better than others they take back product and refund money within 24 hrs according to my experience.
Product Quality- myntra usually sells branded clothes so we can easily trust on the quality of the product. I almost love quality of every product that I bought through myntra. once I felt a product was beyond my expectation I asked them to return and did so without giving me any hassle.
Delivery time- delivery of product is usually before given time once a product that I ordered came to me one day as per date given to me. but the problem is with their delivery boy they never make call before coming.
App & website- I think shopping with their app is much more easier than their website. they realy made customer friendly app. each and every process in their app is very clear and simple.
reliability- I believe myntra is highly reliable online company. I always recommend all my family friends to buy through myntra. a big thumbs up to myntra:)
