I have been with Myntra for more than a year now. Done several purchases and have been satisfied upto 70%. Their website is good and has a wide range of products, you certainly have choice.
The best part is the shipment and sometimes it is too fast. But as you say consistency starts coming down once you have established the food and settled down and are a bit assured. Customer care - responds quickly but they do not have answers to all the questions. But I guess they do what they are asked to do. I must say I have been one of the active customers with Myntra and purchased a lot. Recently I had a Problem. I added a few items to the Cart and did the checkout. While doing the online Payment, the transaction Failed. I checked the Order in Orders list, nothing was there, however money was deducted from the bank. Ideally money gets deducted from the bank and ideally gets refunded back. With trust I made the transaction again since the first order failed and there was no order details in the Myntra Website for my account. So I once again added same items to the cart and this time online transaction was successful.
To my surprise, the Myntra people ship both orders very quickly and give me a response that if shipping had not happened they could have taken back the order. Also customer care gives an explanation that some items in the list are excluded of refund and admitted that there is a mistake/error with the website. But the thing is they played a cheap trick of trade and converted an order which failed also into order and imposed on the customer. I had no time to follow them or refund so kept it and distributed some goods to my friends.
So if an order fails even though it does not show in your Myntra orders list , leave it and try to follow up with them, do not try the same order again.
