I have brought few cloths from Myntra and shocked when I received them. Because, there is no match with actual description provided and sizes are not correct. I raised the return request for all of them and I have received message for pick-up stating that pick-up will be attempted before 7PM. But, no one visited till 8PM and I called the pick-up guy. He confirmed that he can't reach for pick-up today due to personal work. I agreed for next day, and I was shocked to see emails and SMS from myntra on next day stating that the return request canceled based on customer requirement.
I have enquired in customer care and they confirmed that this has happen due to technical problems and forced raise a request again. But, same thing happened next day as well and again I have raised the return request and it is pending for pick-up. Its looks like, Myntra delivers non quality standard products to customer and force us to retain by closing all gate ways for return.
"PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM MYNTRA"
