I have booked a Honda Amaze on Myles for 2 days the condition of car was good it has some scratches and dent which can be ignored, we have traveled around 1300 km and enjoyed a lot, the whole journey was very smooth only because of the good maintenance of the car. The rules are strange for every scratch they charge 2000 and the speed limit is 100 kmph which should be at least 120 or 125 for a better highway experience.
When we return the car after the two days of awesome journey here comes the actual journey of Myles. We have return the car a per scheduled time, the person checks everything on car for around 15-20 minutes and after every check points done the person takes the car back and said the refund of security deposit will be done in 3 days, we waited for 3 days but the security deposit was not refunded. After calling the customer service we got to know that the refund process is still not initiated, so we ask him to initiated the refund process then he started the process, we got a message that it would take around 24 to 48 hours to done, so again we waited for that much time still the money not refunded it is now the 5th day after returning the car and the company says it will take 3 to 5 days to refund the amount.
Again we contacted the customer service and were saying like the refund process got initiated from there end and it will take around 10 days to reflect to your account and they were not ready to give and any transaction id for the same and then when I double check with my bank their executive says it will take 3 days to clear any refund transaction and also mention that there is no pending transaction for your account and now this is 10th day and still I am not got my money back.
