I had placed an order this time from mygrahak, and thought of paying thru credit card so hassle of cash payment does not arise. Now ordering groceries online, and not getting them delivered within promised time is a bad thing to go thru! (that too when u have paid already. They delivered after many complaints and ticket raising, and very poor after service. Products were also laced with dirt and poorly handled while storage, indicating poor efficiency.
On top of that, my order delivered was incomplete, with one grocery item missing, and they havent even bothered to get it delivered even though i have paid for it already!
Advice: 1. Never go to this site to order
If u are crazy to burn fingers, then never pre pay with online banking/cc, use only cash on delivery
They have no answer to what if we dont deliver in 48 hrs as promised.. So its a crap the assurance, u cant do anything till they deliver, sit at home without atta, cooking oil all over waiting for these morons to bless u with their delivery boy, so your kitchen can run!!
Trashy management, avoid avoid...
