I placed on order and made online payment on mygrahak.com but didn't get it even after 5 days and no communication from their side.
Then I talk to their CCE and they said that your payment is flagged and asked me to contact the bank. I contacted to the bank they said the the amount has been debited from my account and credited to merchant's account and even I got the payment success message from EBS (Screenshot is attached). After that I again contacted to mygrahak and they said me to call back with in 15 min but they never did it.
Then I write an email to their chairman but he is also so much irresponsible man and I didn't get any response. Finally I had to cancelled the order but didn't got the payment back. I am not sure weather I would get this amount back or not.
These people (mygrahak.com) are really making the people fool and doing fraud with them.
I would suggest to all the readers to not using this site.
