I purchased the item of around Rs 1800/- and they delivered the product the on time and in my selected hours only. One item was in shortage in their stock. they refund me the money immediately. however they produce the substitute item also, but it is upto you to take that or not.
One more good thing is that you can schedule your delivery time as per your availability. In case of complaint also they respond with in 48 hours. Now I am regular shopper on my grahak.com. No more lines of supermarts :)
Suggestion: You must use Cash on delivery option.
