Had a real bitter exerience shopping with my grahak.com today.was so happy to see a grocery online site.and as soon as u open da site, customer service readily pops up on the site ever ready to help.very impressive, eh?dat was the last part.as soon as I paid it by credit card, the ordeal began.they were supposed to deliver by 48 hrs which extended by 72 hrs dat too after repeated calls and repeated no replys. at last when I got my delivery, it was all stuffed into a plastic carry bag, heavy stuff over the biscuits all crushed and such.
They didnt even pack it in a carton, imagine! and instead of a peeler I ordered, I got a knife.the rice I orderd was nowhere.the delivery guys had absolutely no clue what they were doing and kept on insisting all the things must b der n dat I shud check properly.finally after much hesitation they returned the money for the missing things.
