On 4th sep I ordered few grocery stuff on mygrahak.com. I was wondering whether I have selected a correct site or not but was on safer side as well as they are offering cash on delivery option so I was not in any loss. it was a win win situation. on 5th (monday) I got a confirmation call, On 6th I got sms that those people were shifting their warehouse so my order cud be delayed.
I thought that they are not gonna deliver anything and just giving excuses but its appreciated that at-least they have guts to accept it. finally I got my order on 7th Sep. It was 1st but can say was a good and surprising experience with such new launched online grocery company. hope I get good service from mygrahak. wish them best of luck.
