I had done online shopping for gifts, chocolates and flowers from myflowertree.com and they had ensured that they will do prompt delivery and had also assured me of the quality. Details of how my order was messed up and the trauma that I had to go through in the last few days is as follows:
I made the aishwaryasingh23ment 10 days in advance and had been asking MFT team to try and get it delivered in the morning. To this the MFT team replied saying that early morning was not possible but they will get it delivered before noon. But the order was actually delivered at 5 PM.
Even after giving MFT 10 days to process my order, MFT team called me on 18th August, at late evening around 6.30 PM saying Ferrero Rocher chocolates are out of order and they will compensate by giving the next best chocolate of equal value.
Ferrero Rocher chocolates have been priced as Rs.899 for 24 pieces on the MFT website. This is the one that I had ordered and it was compensated by 1 pack of Cadbury cele_45brations (Rs.125)+1 pack of Nestle selections (Rs.100) + 1 pack of Eclairs toffee (Rs.50). This was neither of equal value as a Ferrero Rocher nor of that standard. I would have never gone for MFT if I knew these chocolates were to be delivered.This was disgusting.
4.I had ordered for a teddy and instead of that a road side shitty doll was sent.
MFT had said that the quality and presentation will be good then but the "3 Tier Red Rose arrangement" was delivered as a bunch of untidy flowers. Hope I could attach the image of the same here :(
Also the glass flower vase that was ordered changed into a road side vase when delivered.
I am very angry with them, they had crushed my feelings and was disheartened.

Will make the aishwaryasingh23ment on 14-15th August and the delivery has to be done on 19th August.

ok....because the price was already inclusive of delivery charges, so wanted to know if Rs.450 has to be added or lesser amount. Also hope the glass vase will be there with the flower as shown in the picture.

Glass vase is separate Rs.200 on all products.
For regular cities the charges includes delivery. However for tier 3 cities (Dhanbad) we have Rs.250 extra delivery charges. + Rs.150 for distance from Dhanbad.

Alright so the final amount that I have to aishwaryasingh23 will be as follows:
Product ID: 880 (Love You Combo): 3 Tier Red Rose arrangement with glass vase, 6" Teddy and 1/2 Kg Blackforest cake.
Cost for the combo : Rs.1395
Add: Delivery charges : Rs. 400
Add: Charges for Vase: Rs. 200
Total Cost (Rs.) : Rs.1995
