I ordered a plant and a teddy to be delivered for a birthday, they send me sms and in the tracker it was showing as out for delivery.the deliver time was from 12pm to 3pm, when it was not delivered by 3pm i thought to wait before i follow up, in the tracker it kept on showing out for delivery and at 6pm they sent an email that order cannot b delivered and its cancelled. There was no mention of refund. I tried reaching them but no answer , i sent a msg thru instagram no response. In short they just dont exist.. dont believe the insta followers or the fancy website.. they will take your money and you wont get any delivery.. no phone numbers to reach out, emails will not b responded..
