This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered couple of products using my credit card (Order ID : 238674447 placed on 2nd Feb, 2013). After few days, Mydala customer care executive told me that product is not available and promised me a 100% refund. Even after 2 weeks, I haven't got my money back and every time I touch base with customer care I get diplomatic answers.
Interestingly I contacted the CEO (so called) of the company through Linkedin. However all my efforts have gone in vain. Please stay away from mydala.. (maardala)
