Hi friends I was using there service since long time as a pre paid customer but when I converted my mobile to post paid they started charging unnecessary and wrong deductions so I port out from Vodafone to Airtel.
I thought this product is good compare to any other network providers if we do comparison in network, Offers and Service wise etc, But I was wrong because when I asked them to provide the deduction details they were fail to do so I have not paid the bill and I ported out to airtel, the customer care people was not even able to provide clarification on deduction part still.
I don't think the product can work well without proper service and proper bill I don't think we should ever use their service. my number is 9703434388 which Vodafone can verify with call records.
