My Video Bank is android application . As per app's rule, user can earn money by watching video & uploading video in their app . But, app's authority are say fully fake . But, real things is that a MVB user can waste his/her valuable time by using this app . I am fully unsatisfied with this app .
My one friend refer me in this app around 2 month ago . When, I first checked it's earning process . I was very interested . I thought that I will earn real money very easily . But, very recently my full expectation about this was gone . This is a fully fake app . Now I shall explain about fake activities of the app -
Quality Of Video - App's name is My Video Bank . That means it is a bank of different type of video . It should contain good quality video . But, quality of video is very very bad . Some of these are unable to understand . That's duration was for few second . I can't understand what is this . Few days ago I saw, that was for style of new generation girl . This video contain a half naked girl randomly change her dress( Video ID 1589) . Quality of other's video was not good . Yes some video are good like - funny, motivational, etc . To earn more I had uploaded some good quality video . These are motivational, malleable, funny, about India, etc . But, maximum video not selected by MVB . Few days ago I had uploaded a video about Swachh Bharat Aviyan . All you can understand, it is very good video for all Indian . Alas! This video was rejected . So, I can conclude that, MVN don't contain good quality video .
Customer Service - Their customer service is fully worst . They are not friendly . Their authority don't reply my many mail . They randomly change their customer care phone no . When I call them, they don't receive . Recently, they totally stopped reply any mail . Previously, one time they said wrong information . I had uploaded many video . But, that time my none video was selected . After launch a complaint, their one CSA call me & sent me, amount are credited in my account for my uploaded video . I said, amount not credited, but they confirm me that, amount credited . I thought may be just now they credited amount . So, I end the call & when I check my account, I saw no amount credited . Then again when I ask them about this, they don't call me or reply me in mail . So, customer service are fully worst .
App's Quality - MVB is a very slow app . Previously some time, it took too much time to load . Some time it was not working . But, now app is fully damaged . Maximum time app not working, that means it was loading for long time, then it show failed to load, please try after some time . From last 5 days after watching video, I don't receive money, always it show error null . I have tried it for many many time, but nothing done as well as I waste my time . I also hear, all MVB user facing this problem . I had sent many mails about this problem . But, no reply, no positive result. One tab in the app totally stopped working, where user can say their problem . When I click this tab, it show MVB Has Stopped .
Money Withdrawal Process - After completing 2000/-, a user can withdraw money in Bank account . In a month, they provide one day to withdraw money . This day is not fixed for every month . A user can't withdraw money any time in this day . They provide very less time to withdraw like 15 minutes . As many user trying to withdraw money at a time, their system is hang & many user can't withdraw money . Till now I have earned more than 3500/-( Proof Attached) . More than 1 month over, but they don't provide any withdraw date . I have sent many mails, but don't reply . Now app not open . App crash every time . It is clear that this app totally fraud . Owner of the app Amit Dhupe is a fraud star .
Money Transfer Process - After withdraw money, they said money will be credited within 14-15 days . My one friend withdraw money on 14th Oct 2016 . After waiting 15 days, money not credited in Bank account . After that, they said wait 21 days, but till money not credited . Every time they extend time & say keep patience . How much time a user can keep patience . Already more than 1 month over but till money not credited . Recently, MVB refund the withdraw money in app wallet & said they are unable to transfer money bank account .
Now, they stopped reply any mail about this problem . I also saw many reviews that show users are saying, they don't receive money in their bank account .
So, I have very bad experience with this app . I have wasted many time in this app. Now I think this is totally fake app .If possible I request to Mouthshut, launch a legal complaint against MVB as well as against Amit Dhupe . I don't recommend this app to anyone .
