Tips on what not to eat for mother-to-be
Apr 08, 2007 02:17 AM 6810 Views

There are not much food I do not like in this world. But there are food I better not eat much or should not eat at all at the moment as I do breastfeeding for my baby. so here you go,

10) swordfish- if you are pregnent, do not eat swordfish, it might cause a miscarriage. I am not sure whether it is safe to eat when breastfeeding, and anyway there are other types of fish to choose.

9) blue cheese-and any other soft cheese. hard cheese are okay, like chadder cheese.

8) peanut-it says peanuts can cause baby allergy.

7) almond-too much Vitamin A, bad for baby's eye developing.

6) marzipan-it made of almond, so bad for baby too. some christmas cakes or wedding cakes contain marzipan too.

5) peanut butter-same as peanuts.

4) banana-if mummy eats banana and breastfeeding, little baby under 3 months might have running tummy

3) crisps-if mummy eats crisps and breastfeeding, it might bring the little one running tummy. I once had two packs, regreted a great deal afterwards.

2) chili-i have had stopped eat spicy food for ages, it's bad for the little one too, it says, if you eat too much chili when you pregnant, the baby will develop short temper.

1) chocolate- some says bad some says good. I stopped eat chocolate for several months until 2 months before the baby born, I read that if you eat chocolate when you pregnant, the baby will be born as a happy baby, so I ate a lot of chocolates, YES, my baby is a very happy baby, smiles and laughs loud all the time.

Thanks for spare your time to read my review.
