I rate web sites on following terms:
Time of Loading
It's Design
Depth of Information
Navigation
Support
I am surfing on internet since 1997, till today I have seen lots of web sites, and it's very difficult to judge best sites from the millions and billions of web sites on internet. There are lots of web sites which I like, so I have divided my fav. 10 websites in diffrent categories.
a) Portol:
1) https://yahoo.co.in This is Indian version of Yahoo.com site. I like this site because of it's loading time and also It has all the informations that I need. It has best serch engine also. This is it's plus point. Yahoo also has Chat, Messenger, and lots of things so for that this is my best portol.
2) https://rediff.com This is really very good site for Indians, Rediff has all the things that Yahoo is having but because of search engine rediff is behind.
3) https://indiatimes.com This site is from India Times paper. This site is very slow on loading.. but the content provided in that and also navigation of this site so nice that I always like to play around on indiatimes.com
4) https://msn.co.in This site is from the Microsoft Network and it is a sister site of https://msn.com , I like this site becoz its looking is really very good and it is lot customizable. It has lots of graphics than also it loads very quickly.. that is its
plus point. It has everything only Shopping is not there...
5) https://indya.com Well, after this there is no any other site in this portol so I have kept indya.com in this list as number 5 If I had more sites, than this site will be on 10, but I do not have more site so I had to keep this site on no 5. At the launching of this site I was very excited. This site was my best portol but not beeter than the Yahoo! but now indya.com is totally changed and we can find only Star over there no more news no more things.. only Star Star and Star.
b) News:
1) https://in.news.yahoo.com This is one of the best site for the news.. It has current news of whole India. It has also lots of features like weather.. We can see also small video clips and lots more.. Just check it out..
2) https://cnn.com I have read lots of things about CNN and I also know the whole story of CNN, I saw the story of CNN on the Discovery Channel. At the launching time of the CNN (not site), CNN was known as Chicken Nudel News. But now its image is totally changed... I like this site becoz it has all the news that are happening in the world.. It has also lots of video clips to see.
3) https://chitralekha.com Well this is a site of a Gujarati Magazine.. but this is really good site.. It has total information on Mumbai and also on Gujarat.. I like this site becoz of its easy navigation but it takes little bit time in loading....
4) https://aajtak.com I like aaj tak as the TV channel only it is not ok on the Web Site. becoz this site has no information on any type of news.. It has only information on current news that are shown on the TV. But than also I like this site becoz its fast loading and also have detailed information on current news.
c) Information:
1) https://discovery.com Oh! what I say about this site? its very hard to tell people about this site. This site is really very good. I like this site becoz it has all the information that I need and also it has lots of things.. on travels, health.. I can't say, What ever I say is not enough for this site... just check it out your self...
2) https://astalavista.com Well, This site is specially for the Hackers ;) This has lots of information on hacking news and also they update it very nicely and it is also very good site.. design and speed is also nice.
3) https://happyhacker.org This is really very good site for those who wants to check there hacking ability.. and also it has good information on hacking.. and one thing which I like about this site is that any one can get the Free Shell Internet account from this site and we have to choose Operating System we want.. Thats great for hackers.
4) https://geocities.com Well, its a free web hosting site.. but I like it.. coz I can get lots of information from this site's users. they store there datas and also other information on this site...
5) https://mouthshut.com No Need to tell....
