Hey 1st of all wht to expect frm the magical duo of srk-kajol movie, of course there is lot on stake so nothing short of superb gonna do well for me coz I am one of his biggest fan, so I expect more from him.so rather then wasting time lets come to the point
"Sajda" the opening score leaves u stunned so much so that u'll think is it kjo's movie song or its from Rahat Fteh Ali's Sufi album.the song is mindblowing . Rahat fateh is as usual at his best with ample support of Richa Sharma and Shankar.
"noor-e-khuda" is as better as it can adnan sami surprises again superb song, the song creats its own environment u gotta listen it just mindblowing, shankar and shreya just makes song even more beautiful 2nd sufi number in row, its been long time bollywood have produced these type of album.
"tere naina" many can consider it as a love song may be it had been used in the movie that way also but it has a sufi touch which makes it more beautiful, "shafqat amanat ali" brings "mitwa" magic again for the same composer and movie house.
"allah hi raham" is one of its kind "rashid khan" makes it even more beautifull then his previous song"aaoge jab tum" from jab we met.nothing of this kind have ever done before it a bollywood mainstreem cinema its just devotional magic.
"khan theme" is calm and relaxing instrumental just capture the mood of the movie
"rang de aman se aasma" is sung by Shankar and Suraj Jagan a beautiful number well combining the mood of the movie.
my name is khan, s music is once in a lifetime experience which has never been done before such a level the whole movie album will give any sufi album run for their money just fantastic, another winner in this new year after equally brilliant Ishqiya.
