I am sharing my wotst experience with muthoot finance, the customer service is very worst the muthoor finance staffs worst behavior with customer, due to some finance problem not able to pay interest means muthoot finance put is adding interest of interest and also they are providing very less principal amount for gold compare to other bank there is no excluses for customer if not paid on time interest if you forgot to paid regular interest and on time renewals your gold will be make as plugged and we wont get our gold back this is the worst thing in muthoot finance for emergency 10 to 15 days its good to take loan from muthoot finance as soon as possible you can closed it if u forget to pay means your gold will be gone.
