I have brought an iphone through muthoot finance and every month I have paying my EMI on time. It wasn't the first time I took something through muthoot finance. I have purchased TV and fridge before and made payment on time and now the loan for that is over. Last month they deducted some amount from my account mentioning payment bounce which wasn't. I submitted my bank statement as well but nothing worked. Now they have asked me to pay again, otherwise they will take my mobile back.
Secondly, the moment you kinda agree with them, they will be after you like ghosts. They will make one guy stand in front of your office all the time, without a prior call or appointment. His purpose is to just get scolded by you and collect the docs. They will also shoot so many auto generated mails to your official email address, you will be forced to close it. No matter you tell them not to send mail on office id.
As a loyal customer to bajaj finance I well disgusted that because of their payment issues I have to give my mobile back .
I would never suggest bajaj finance to any one for loan.
People of bajaj finance keep calling me and threaten me saying that they will take my mobile back. I have made the payment of mobile more than half of the price.
Staff attitude is rude, initially while purchasing things they will soft to you and later once you complain them about any issue then they will start acting rude. So guys be very careful while dealing with them. IMHO, Its better to stick to lot many conventional option.
