I had taken loan from muthoot finance for two lac. Their customer service is very poor, their staff is not friendly to customers after you take loan. Their rate of interest is high, and they do not provide full amount of the value of gold you mortgage to them. They impose heavy penalties and charges if you are late for payment even for one day. Staff attitude is not good. They only give sixty to seventy percent loan of the total value. No customer satisfaction after you take loan.
