Beautiful Place. Review on Mussoorie

Mussorie(2005 meter) is situated in the state Uttaranchal of India. Mussorie is a hill station of Himalaya. As a hill station Mussorie is quite different from the others. It is not so much green and its beauty is dissimilar from Ooty, Darjeeling or Gangtok. Can you believe, that we went Mussorie in the month of December?! It was full winter there and we enjoyed the gorgeous hill station of Himalaya very much.

Mussorie is 35 away from Dehradun, roads are quite risky. Bus/Ambassadors/Tata Sumo/Land Rovers are available from Haridwar/Dehradun. From Delhi it takes 8 hours to reach Mussorie.

English officer Young discovered Mussorie. From that time to today Mussorie is going to be more gorgeous. From Mussorie the Doon Valley, Rurki, Saharanpur and Haridwar looks like still picture. Mussorie is the reminder of any British hill town. Now a days for too much hotel is growing here, it is going to be congested but still it is beautiful. Among the travel lovers Mussorie is very popular city. Parking system of Mussorie is quite developed.

Kempti False is 15 km away from Mussorie. It?s a great false. You must have to love this false. In the hills 15 km distance is not a very short one and the road towards the Kempti False is Dangerously beautiful. Shops are really eye-sore there. The height of the false is 1730 meter. Bathing is allowed here. Do you want to bath here in 10 degree

centigrade?

Gunhill is like hill top, Ropeway is available from Mussorie. Gunhill is 400 meter high from Mussorie. Mussorie looks really great from here. Bandarpunch, Gangotri Top, Srikantha Top, Valley of Doon etc are quite visible from the box cabin of the Gunhill.

Besides this Municipal Garden, Red tibba, Naagdevta Temple, Jharipani False etc are visiting places of Mussorie.

Go to Mall road, Kulpi Market, Library Market etc. You will find Tibet handicrafts in Happy valley.
